Christoph Trageser joined Westend Bank AG in August 2022 as a Senior Account Manager for real estate development. Previously, he was responsible for valuing large-volume commercial properties and development measures as an expert at Wüstenrot Bausparkasse AG. Before this, he worked as an authorised signatory and Director of Property Valuation at Peermatch Management GmbH, a Frankfurt-based fintech for commercial real estate financing. In the field of property valuation, Christoph worked before for Westdeutsche ImmobilienBank AG, where he was previously a credit analyst in the market division and a trainee.

Christoph began his career with a banking apprenticeship at Dresdner Bank and holds a degree in business administration from the University of Bayreuth. He completed postgraduate studies at the German Real Estate Academy at the University of Freiburg to become a qualified surveyor (DIA). Christoph is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and is a certified HypZert (F) real estate valuer.
